Returns and Exchange

Not quite right?  No problem. We’ll accept returns or exchange items in accordance with our Returns Policy.  If you’d like assistance with sizing for an exchange, contact us at louise@nightshadesleep.com.au.

Returns Policy 

Presently we only offer returns and exchange for purchasers within Australia.  We accept returns and exchange items within 14 days of delivery.  Items must not be worn, washed, damaged or altered and must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached.  Items must be returned within 7 days of creating your return.  If your item was a gift we’ll offer you an exchange or store credit. 

Sets need to be returned in full, we don’t accept partial returns on sets.

We offer free returns for items shipped within Australia.  Original shipping charges are not refundable.  Shipping charges will apply to any exchange.

How to start a Return

Contact us at louise@nightshadesleep.com.au.  The price of the returned items will be refunded to you once we receive your goods and provided they are returned in accordance with our returns policy.
